NEXTGEN SOCIAL WELFARE AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION, believes that skill development is the key to economic growth and social transformation. By providing industry-oriented training and practical learning opportunities, it aims to enhance employability, encourage self-employment, and create sustainable livelihood opportunities for Youth, Women, Unemployed Individuals, Persons with Disabilities, and Economically Weaker sections of society.
The Foundation proposes to conduct a wide range of skill development and vocational training programs in sectors such as Information Technology, Digital Skills, Accounting and Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Beauty and Wellness, Agriculture, Construction, Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Entrepreneurship Development, Soft Skills, Spoken English, and other emerging industries based on local employment needs, The Foundation provides free skill development courses to economically disadvantaged youth by utilizing scholarships and funding available through various Government projects, as well as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds from different organizations. The training programs are designed according to the participants' skills, interests, and aptitude. Upon successful completion of the courses, the Foundation also assists them in securing suitable employment opportunities.
